Draft Mass Ocean Plan Public Comment Period Closed
The public comment period closed on November 23, 2009. The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) will finalize and promulgate the Ocean Management Plan on December 31, 2009. After a robust public comment period, including five public hearings across the state, the Commonwealth has from November 23 - December 31 to review the comments, revise the Draft Ocean Plan and issue the Final Ocean Plan.
